Unless you’re living under a rock (and I hope not because that sounds painful) you’ve heard that I have a new book out this fall, “Small List, Big Results: Launch a Successful Offer No Matter the Size of Your Email List.”
[Virtual Launch Party is on November 2 at 12:30pm ET – www.robbiesamuels.com/launchparty]
You may even be one of the nearly 400 people who signed up for my launch team.
Yes, you read that right, nearly 400 people committed to writing an honest Amazon review ahead of my book’s launch date.
My first book had 338 launch team members and as a result, the book received 150 Amazon reviews worldwide within the first week after the launch date.
It’s my hope to repeat the same results with this book with the support of my launch team.
A member described my launch team as a “tour de force.”
Herding cats, er, I mean launch team members, isn’t easy and does require quite a bit of planning and attention to detail.
If you’re curious about that you’ll want to join the launch team because then you’ll be invited to the launch team debrief meeting where we’ll reveal what we did, how we did it, and what we’d do differently next time.
But first, you may be wondering how I attracted such a large group of supporters.
I didn’t keep my book a secret.
In August, when the manuscript was almost, but not actually, finished I started to workshop the title on various Facebook groups.
In September, I did the same thing with the book cover design options.
I mentioned in an earlier email how this led to a MUCH better title and design because I was co-creating the end product.
Well, this process also created some buzz around my book and people start asking how they can get a copy.
That’s when I would share the launch team landing page link.
I also followed the best practices in the book to identify people in my network I believe would be keenly interested and reached out to them directly to invite them to join the launch team.
One of the lovely side effects was I asked people “Why do you want to be on this book launch team?” and received many lovely comments just at the point in the launch when I needed to hear them.
Here is a sampling of the good vibes I’ve been appreciating:
“Above all, I have always admired Robbie for his steadfast commitment and perseverance, and I am also looking for new ways to expand my own network.” – Ann Marie Aguila
“To support Robbie after all the efforts he's made to support others.” – Carolyne Jordan
“I am inspired by how you do things so I want to help you out while learning from you and your process.” – Cassandra Ellis
“Love your content. You always over-deliver value.” – Charlene Tessier
“I enjoy your writing via email and am interested in what you've written in book form.” – Dawn Monroe
“Because Robbie always pays it forward so I want to do the same for him.” – Diane David
“Your content is consistently timely and timeless, a rare combination that I am happy to promote!” – Judi Harrington
Business Growth Strategist & Business Coach
As a relationship-based business growth strategist, I work directly with a limited number of self-employed professionals, aka solopreneurs.
WHO YOU ARE:
You want to have a greater impact and increased income. The problem is that there are so many options for how to build your business that you can feel stuck, overwhelmed, and like you’re running out of time.
The reason options are overwhelming is that you’re looking at them as a series of disconnected steps, when to make the most of your time, you need a strategy that connects only the most important and highest impact ones.
You know that if you try to do everything, you’ll accomplish nothing. This means, to achieve your goal, you have to invest in a strategy to put time on your side.
What’s Included:
As a relationship-based business growth strategist, I will work with you to design a year-long plan that consists of three 12-week sprints, each followed by 4 weeks of reflection/assessment, rejuvenation/vacation, and strategic planning. This will allow you to sequence your goals, create momentum, and leverage your limited time.
We can build your plan through a half-day strategy session, a coaching engagement, or a mastermind program.
These are not right for everyone; they’re personalized offerings and are priced accordingly.
