Achieve greater impact and increased income.

WANT TO LEARN HOW?

Overwhelmed by so many options?

One of my clients had a successful coaching practice of 18 years when we started to work together. As she neared 60 years old, she became excited about the idea of hosting a podcast. This would give her content to share, the opportunity to network with guests, and greater authority in her field.

She knew she needed support around this new endeavor and she came to me for that guidance. What she didn’t realize at first was that her wanting to host a podcast was indicative of wanting more. She was ready to shift her business and begin to develop new revenue models that didn’t rely on hourly clients. She also wanted to have a bigger impact and spread her message further.

There were a few things holding her back, one was that she had never developed a clear niche nor built an engaged email list. And, with a thriving coaching practice, where was she going to find the time to focus on her business and learn all of these new skills?

Over a six-month period, she increased her rates by 50% and reduced her client hours by 20%.

The result? She began to attract more of her ideal clients who knew she could help them and she had two half days freed up to focus on her business.

Perhaps, you’ve been a speaker or coach for a few years or nearly two decades?

You’ve seen a lot of changes in the way businesses can be run and wonder if there’s an opportunity for you to do the same. While your friends are starting to talk about retirement and slowing down, you’re revving up to another exciting chapter of your life.

Options can be overwhelming if you see them as disconnected steps instead of a strategy.

You want more.

You don’t have time to waste.

You want to have a bigger impact without working quite so hard.

You are unsure how to move from here to there and foresee many challenges that give you pause and test your resolve to making these changes.

If this resonates with you, welcome, you are in the right place.

You know it's true that if you try to do everything, you will accomplish nothing.

I work with my clients to take their businesses to the next level through relationship-based strategies so they can get M.O.R.E. - Money, Opportunities, Referrals, and Engagement.

Throughout your life, you’ve put your needs and dreams on hold to take care of others. Now, it’s your turn. Turning off old scripts is hard though and you may be feeling a bit selfish as you put your needs first.

That’s just one of the mental roadblocks you may be facing as you declare your desire to take your business to the next level. That’s why a big part of this program is about mindset.

Knowing the steps you need to take and actually taking them is not the same thing.

When I'm coaching, the first step has always been to address what is holding my client back from reaching their full potential.

What will happen if you don’t move past whatever is holding you back?

That’s a real question.

If you are comfortable where you are and not able to find the motivation to grow your business to the next level, you will not get more, will not have a greater impact, and will continue to work hard for every dollar you earn.

There’s also the psychological drain of saying you want something to change and then not making any progress. Over time, this erodes self-confidence and makes it even harder to try again.

Don’t let that happen this time. This program will help you remove internal and external obstacles so you can achieve your goals through relationship-based business strategies.

To achieve your goal, you have to invest in a strategy to put time on your side.

“When I saw the opportunity to join this program, I thought, I've got to do this. I know it will benefit me. The things that it opened up for me in terms of insights were beyond what I had expected.” — Jennifer F. Fondrevay, keynote speaker and former Chief Marketing Officer

As a result of participating in this program, Jennifer reached out to Susan Cain, author of "Quiet." Hear what happened next in Jennifer's own words...

I can almost hear you saying, “I can’t handle one more thing.”

I get it - you’ve been signing up for courses over the last year or two and not completing any of them.

You want to be focused and actually moving forward with your business plans and you are worried this will be another one of those wishful thinking programs.

But, the M.O.R.E. Program for Entrepreneurial Women is not “one more thing.”

It’s clarity, focus, and strategy.

And a community of entrepreneurial women rooting you on.

All guided by a coach who won’t let you wander too far in the wrong direction before asking the questions that help you realize you’re off course.

How do I know someone is a prospective client?

They have ambition, drive, and the desire to implement several new projects all at once.

That’s a clue for me that what they need is clarity, focus, and strategy.

Like the client who came to me for help launching a podcast and quickly realized that she wanted more, she wanted to have greater influence, diversify her revenue streams, and stop making money hour by hour.

With two half-days freed up to work on her business she has moved forward with her podcast launch, clarified her ideal client, and is working on a minimally viable one-to-many product so she can work with groups instead of just one-on-one coaching.

She has a new sense of clarity, focus, and strategy.

The M.O.R.E. Program for Entrepreneurial Women helped her remove internal and external obstacles so she could achieve her goals through relationship-based business strategies.

This six-month program is limited to just 4 women. You'll receive...

  • CLARITY: The clarity you need to strategically grow your business by stacking your successes. What should you do next? Book? Podcast? Online course?
  • GUIDANCE: Detailed guidance on how to add value to any relationship, including with influencers in your field.
  • PROCESS: My step-by-step process for approaching anyone, even if you've had trouble doing this before.
  • FOLLOW-THROUGH: A way to put your follow up on autopilot so that you stop coming home from events with business cards that just pile up next to your computer.
  • ENGAGE: The one change you can make in your network that will increase your opportunities ten-fold without spending any money.
  • FOCUS: How you can navigate large events and always find the people who want to hear from you.

This program gives you the clarity to determine what is the right next step for your business.

As most people know, information is great, but it's USELESS without execution.

That's why in this experience, you'll attend a mix of content-rich masterclasses and mastermind hot seats, PLUS one-on-one coaching sessions with me.

There's a reason it's six months...

The first 90 days are a sprint to help you get the clarity you need.

  • One-on-one sessions to design the program to meet your needs.
  • Masterclasses to learn content to help you get ahead and answers to questions that are holding you back.
  • And mastermind hot seats to get insights from group members.

The second 90 days are designed to help you implement your strategic plans.

  • All group sessions are masterminds where you're on the hot seat.
  • Additional one-on-one sessions to discuss your particular challenges and next steps.

Throughout the six months, I'll be only an email away whenever you have a question or need another pair of eyes reviewing your next steps.

Each month you'll also be invited to attend "office hours" with me - this will continue even when you are an alum.

And you'll have the meta-networking opportunity of getting to know 3 other entrepreneurial women who share many of your goals and fears - plus meet the women from previous cohorts.

You'll get to ask questions during each masterclass and go much deeper during each hot seat - getting support from the group during our calls and in our Facebook group.

Together we will design a 12-month strategic plan to take your business to the next level.

"The thing that really impressed me about Robbie is the way he breaks it down very systematically. It's very easy to learn. It took away a lot of the shyness and strangeness. I just started feeling more comfortable.” — Lisa Goldstein, accounting consultant

But, The M.O.R.E. Program for Entrepreneurial Women isn't for everyone.

That's why I am hopping on a call with each and every applicant to make sure it's a great fit.

We'll discuss your goals and make sure that this is the right next step for you and your business.

Here are some guidelines on who will get the most benefit from this program:

  • You are an entrepreneur who has experience either from another position or who has been running your own business for at least a year.
  • You are willing to put time and effort into trying new business strategies. This requires a time commitment and you will be accountable to the group. If you are looking for a quick fix, this is not the program for you.
  • You are coachable. Meaning that you will take feedback (even feedback you disagree with) with the understanding that it is meant to help you and at least consider it before shooting it down.
  • You are collaborative. Each group session will involve giving support as well as getting support. You will be a participant in the process. I'm looking for team players.

Learn how to stack your successes to create momentum and leverage your limited time.

The Investment

When a corporation hires me to speak, they spend $10,000+ and my one-on-one clients will invest $10,000 every 6 months for private coaching with me, but if this is the right fit for you and your business, you can sign up for a single payment of $6,000 or $1,100/month for 6 months.

Are you ready for a mindset shift? “I now see the world as a series of relationships. Before I would just wait for people to come to me, I would just sort of stand there. Now I'm far more strategic when I go to a conference. I used to sit up front and take notes, but now I think maybe I should go to the coffee and talk to some people. Turns out that's been far more effective than I realized." — Sarah Kohl, pediatrician, speaker and consultant

Ask yourself if this will be the year you stop ignoring your network and start tapping into it to grow your business through relationship-based strategies.

Once the four spots are taken, this program will be closed for at least six more months. If you're serious about making this change, don't miss out on this opportunity.

Your impact on the world is directly related to your willingness to engage your network. Let's get started.
