I just had a very interesting conversation with my friend Jeffrey Shaw, host of the very popular podcast Creative Warriors.
Jeffrey had recently heard me being interviewed on The Profit First Podcast hosted by Mike Michalowicz.
While Jeffrey has known me through mutual friends for over a year, he said he learned so much more about me through this one interview and he was intrigued enough that he wanted to talk to me further and also have me as a guest on his show.
He has interviewed over 400 very impressive guests. So, what was it about my interview with Mike that caught his attention?
It was how I talk about my work – how I talk about networking.
He said, “You make the topic sexy.”
He also said that while my website looks good, it doesn’t reflect my unique perspective which I then shared with him is something I talk about in my welcome email, but it seems it’s not something I’ve made explicit on my website.
This got me thinking. What he described is what many of my clients face.
They want to get their unique perspective out there in ways that don't feel smarmy.
My clients want to be seen, heard, and respected so the time and energy they put into networking results in great relationships being built over time.
This is why every coach needs a coach.
We can’t see ourselves. We need coaches and mastermind groups to do that for us.

Business Growth Strategist & Business Coach
As a relationship-based business growth strategist, I work directly with a limited number of self-employed professionals, aka solopreneurs.
WHO YOU ARE:
You want to have a greater impact and increased income. The problem is that there are so many options for how to build your business that you can feel stuck, overwhelmed, and like you’re running out of time.
The reason options are overwhelming is that you’re looking at them as a series of disconnected steps, when to make the most of your time, you need a strategy that connects only the most important and highest impact ones.
You know that if you try to do everything, you’ll accomplish nothing. This means, to achieve your goal, you have to invest in a strategy to put time on your side.
What’s Included:
As a relationship-based business growth strategist, I will work with you to design a year-long plan that consists of three 12-week sprints, each followed by 4 weeks of reflection/assessment, rejuvenation/vacation, and strategic planning. This will allow you to sequence your goals, create momentum, and leverage your limited time.
We can build your plan through a half-day strategy session, a coaching engagement, or a mastermind program.
These are not right for everyone; they’re personalized offerings and are priced accordingly.
